Postra AB may remove content or restrict access to users who violate these Terms.

The Services are not intended for individuals under 13 years of age. By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old.

You acknowledge that:

• Physical exercise carries inherent risks.
• You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise or wellness program.
Postra AB is not liable for injuries, health complications, or adverse effects resulting from the use of the Services.
5. Paid Services through Google Play
Purchases made through Google Play, including subscriptions and one-time purchases, are processed by Google LLC, which acts as the Merchant of Record. This means:
• Google handles all payments, billing, taxes, and receipts.
• Postra AB does not store or process payment information.
• All billing questions and refund requests must be directed to Google Play.
• Postra AB cannot cancel subscriptions, modify payments, or issue refunds on your behalf.

6. Subscription Terms
Some features of the Services are available through a recurring paid subscription.
Automatic Renewal
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• Your Google Play account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the renewal date.
Cancellation
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play:
Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Cancel
• Uninstalling the app or deleting your account does not cancel your subscription.
Access After Cancellation
• You retain access to subscription content until the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds will be provided for the remaining period unless required under Google Play policies.
Free Trials (if applicable)
• Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Eligibility may be limited to new users.
Price Changes
• Postra AB may change subscription pricing.
• Price changes apply to future billing periods and will be communicated through Google Play.
• Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
6A. One-Time Purchases
Certain features, content, or digital products may be offered as one-time purchases (“One-Time Purchases”).
Payment and Processing
• One-Time Purchases are billed through Google Play only.
• Postra AB does not process or store payment details.
Access and Delivery
• A One-Time Purchase grants access to the specified product or content as described at the time of purchase.
• Access is personal, non-transferable, and tied to your Google Play account.
• Postra AB may update or modify features, provided that users retain access to the purchased item or a comparable replacement.
Refunds
• One-Time Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Google Play policies.
• All refund requests must be handled through Google Play.
No Automatic Renewal
• One-Time Purchases do not renew and do not create a subscription.
• Future content or features may require an additional purchase or subscription.
7. User Content
By submitting content (“User Material”) within the Services, you grant Postra AB a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such material solely for operating, maintaining, and improving the Services. Postra AB will not commercially exploit your content outside the Services.
You confirm that you own or have the rights to share any material you upload.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, designs, software, and content within the Services are the property of Postra AB or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use this material except as required for personal use of the Services.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” Postra AB does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free performance, or specific results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Postra AB is not liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Health-related injuries or outcomes
• Inability to access the Services due to cancellation or non-renewal
In all cases, Postra AB’s total liability shall not exceed:
(i) the subscription or purchase fees paid by the user during the previous calendar year, or
(ii) 2,000 SEK
whichever is lower.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved by the Swedish public courts, with the District Court of Stockholm as the court of first instance.
Mandatory local consumer rights may provide additional protections.
11. Changes to These Terms
Postra AB may update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted or when you continue using the Services after notice.

• Postra AB does not store full credit card details—Stripe processes sensitive payment data securely.
By completing a purchase, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees.
